Taylor was also honored by receiving the CALI Excellence for the Future award in the study of Criminal Trial Practice. After graduating from law school in 2009, Taylor worked as an associate for the Law Offices of Paul E. Tinkler until she recently opened her own practice in March of 2015.

She is also licensed to practice in the Federal District Court of South Carolina and the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals. In addition to her active litigation practice, Taylor is also a certified Family Court Mediator and acts as a Guardian ad Litem in private custody matters.

Taylor currently resides in James Island and enjoys serving as one of the chair members for the Cinderella Project of Charleston, spending time with her husband and daughter on the beach or the boat, and playing with her two dogs.

Kendall Miller

Kendall grew up in Damascus, Maryland, just outside of the Washington, D.C. area. Prior to attending college, she knew she wanted to work in law and started as a high school intern at a family law office in her hometown. Her interest in law inspired her to attend West Virginia University where she graduated with a Bachelor of Science in AgriBusiness Management and Rural Development with a focus in law and legal studies.

After graduating from WVU in 2018, she relocated to Charleston, SC to attend law school at the Charleston School of Law. During her time in law school, she was an active writer on the law journal Resolved: The Journal on Alternative Dispute Resolution, a leader of the Maritime Law Society and active member of the Women in Law society. She worked as a law clerk at a family law firm throughout her time as a law student. Kendall graduated from CSOL in December 2020, earning her J.D. and has been a member of the South Carolina Bar since April 2021. Kendall joined our team in May 2021 with plans to continue and grow in the practice of Family Law.
